The NHS Fun Factory is a manufacturer direct online retailer. When you place an order at nhsfunfactory.com, NHS will ship your order directly from its warehouse based in Santa Cruz, CA. We are very proud to say that NHS Fun Factory is a complete representation of ALL products each of our brands have produced - the most comprehensive offering of our products online.
Internet Orders Only. Telephone, Postal Mail, Fax, and Email orders are not accepted.
Methods of Payment Accepted
- Debit Cards (deducts from your bank account)
- American Express
- COD Orders are not accepted.
We do not accept credit cards which have been issued by banks outside of the United States. PayPal is a good option if this impacts your order.
Failed Authorizations & Payment Declines
You may need to contact your bank for additional information about declined payments. Phone number can be retrieved on back of card.
To resolve payment issues, contact your bank about:
- Authorization to proceed with activity flagged by the bank as unexpected (including first time orders and high value purchases).
- Daily withdrawal or purchase limits.
- Payment authorizations, reserved funds and charges.
- Note: Some banks have been known to hold these authorizations for 7-10 business days. Your funds have not been released to NHSFunFactory.com; they are simply being held in suspense by your bank and will be returned.
An important notes about debit and credit card transactions:
When you place an order, an authorization is obtained from your bank. The authorization places a temporary hold on the funds. Please note, these funds have not been deducted but are being held within your account to ensure the order can be processed. This hold typically lasts from 7-10 days, depending on the policy of your bank. Your credit card will not be charged until your item(s) is shipped.
When you use your credit card, please provide your credit card billing address, if different from the shipping address, and daytime/evening phone numbers. If the billing address you give us does not match the one that is on file at the financial institution, or if authorization is not given for any reason, we reserve the right to cancel the order without notification. We cannot work out credit card problems with the financial institution; you must settle problems with them and reorder once the problem is resolved.
Tax will be applied to your order if your shipping address is in CA, IL, or WA. We don’t know the exact amount of tax until your order ships. For this reason, the order total in your confirmation email may not reflect the exact amount of this tax. Sales tax may be applied to shipping and handling charges.

Returning Merchandise (all returns)
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from nhsfunfactory.com, you can return your item(s) for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. (Returned items must be in their original packaging and in new and unused condition.
US Customers (Excludes Canada, PR, VI)
The easiest way to return the merchandise is to print out a pre-paid label by logging into your account at nhsfunfactory.com/account.
1. Go to nhsfunfactory.com and click on the My Account at the top of the page
2. Log in to your account using your email address and password.
3. Click on the order number of the merchandise you would like to return
4. Select the number of items you would like to return by clicking on the Return QTY button next to the item you are returning.
5. Click the Submit Return button at the bottom of the page
6. Click the Download the Return Shipping Label Button at the bottom of the page
7. Place the item(s) you would like to return in their original package with the original invoice. If you do not have the original packaging, please return by placing a copy of the return confirmation with the merchandise in side of a plastic bag inside of the shipping box.
8. Affix your pre-paid UPS shipping label to the packaging. Make sure no other tracking labels are shown.
9. Take the package to your nearest UPS dropoff.
10. We recommend writing down the tracking number from the label in case there is a problem.

Canada, PR, VI Returns
Return your product in original packaging with a copy of your invoice, or sheet with your order # and a list of items being returned. You can use the shipping company of your choice at your own expense. You will not be refunded the cost of return shipping. We recommend writing down the tracking number from the label in case there is a problem.
Note to all customers
It may take 4-5 business days for your return to reach our warehouse in Santa Cruz, CA. Once it is received and inspected, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 to 10 days. Your card will be credited within 3-5 days after your return is processed. Please Note: depending on your credit card company, you may not see the credit on your statement for up to 2 billing cycles.
We do NOT accept returns on CUSTOM ASSEMBLED complete skateboards.
Credits and Refunds Due
Any credits on your account with us will be refunded using the same payment method used to place the order. For example, if the order was paid by credit card, we will credit your credit card account. PayPal orders will receive a credit to their PayPal account.
We do not allow backorders.
APO and FPO Addresses
When you request orders to ship to an APO or FPO address, your package will ship SAM (Space Available Mail). SAM is no additional charge and will ship your package from the APO or FPO address via the next available boat.
Order Questions or Changes
If you have recently placed an order, and need information about it, you can contact us via email at email@example.com or at 1.866.238.0336. Since we begin processing your order immediately after we receive it, modifications are usually not possible.
Price and/or Description Changes
All prices, pictures and descriptions on this site are subject to change. We maintain no responsibility for inadvertent errors. Please contact us within 30 days regarding price or promotion discrepancies.
When you place your order with us, you agree to the price and terms indicated on our Web site. Price differences related to future or past prices in our store or any other store are not refundable. We reserve the right to refuse any sale at any time.
NHS reserves the right to substitute skateboard complete components of equal or great value without notice.

Warning: Skate safely! For best protection wear a safety certified helmet, as well as knee, elbow, wrist protection and flat soled shoes. Skateboarding is a dangerous activity. Avoid high speeds and going down hills. Even at low speeds, serious injury or death can occur.
Use of safety gear, taking lessons, riding responsibly within your skill level and abilities, as well as using common sense, can all reduce the risk of serious injuries or death. Know how to stop your skateboard before you start skating. Never hitch a ride from a car, bus, truck, bicycle or vehicle. Follow all traffic and pedestrian rules. Stay out of water and check all nuts and bolts, from time to time, for proper adjustment and tightness.
Skateboarding accidents happen, so you should always know what to do in emergency situations. Don't panic. Call 911 for medical assistance or an ambulance.
Safe and Secure Shopping
Our secure server software (SSL) is the industry standard and is among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that the information cannot be read as it travels over the Internet.
