The Marge and Maggie are just the decks and will need the other components (trucks, wheels, bearings, griptape, bolts).
Marge and Maggie are more art pieces and while they can be assembled and Marge is easy to ride, Maggie is extremely difficult. We have one set up here and few skaters will even try and ride it.
I would suggest just getting used to pushing around and riding down smaller hills. Then when you feel comfortable you can try and step it up a bit. Pretty much any specific trick you're looking to learn probably has a "how to" on you tube.
I imagine if you searched "learn how to skateboard" or something similar on the internet you could find quite a bit of information.
