amazing deck! i pulled off the meanest pendy on this thing. It compares to the new original free ride, and is similar to the landy switch. But it's a Santa Cruz!!!!!! How badass is that. Grab this board.February 24, 2012
today i got this board for my girlfriend as a gift, and after riding it for awhile before purchasing, i can say its a solid build. it has great pockets for general pushing around, all the required parts are there (180mm 50 degree trucks... they feel like prandals [randal baseplates w/ paris hangers]... the included wheels are actually pretty nice... once you break them in that is... the bushings included are standard 90a barrel w/ large cone bushings... they feel like the blood oranges supplied in caliber trucks... the bearings are bearings... pretty standard XD... and although this board did not come with shock pads, i dont think it needs them at all)... it was comfortable at the speeds i was at, and testing a tuck as well was comfortable, especially with the rear pocket. the only downside of this deck is the lack of concave. the drop is nice, but it still feels really weird to not have the board hug your feet... for reference the concave im used to is the concave on the comet FSM and the S9 BHNC decks. all in all, its a great starting board, and my girlfriend loves it to deathFebruary 11, 2012
