is this better than the land shark for cruising and going fast without pushing very much and which is better for riding bowls?

Super fun board! I wear 12s and it doesnt matter at all. It pretty much puts a smile on everyones face when I carve around town on it and pop ollies up curbs. The only reason it got a 4 is the bearings suck but I still love it!
