Can this be a cruiser board or is it just a downhill board?

This board is great. The 75mm OJ wheels are amazing for almost any type of riding. The deck is thick, with a good drop, making it very secure and stable without feeling the jarring bumps in the road. I thought the Abec 3 bearings would be a disappointment, but they are actually quite fast, and spin for a while. The trucks are good. Some people may have their qualms, but I think overall, they are good, stable trucks. All in all, this board is a dream to ride, and I would recommend it to anyone, beginner or professional.

Great Deck! Good for rough roads and speed. The 75mm OJ wheels make it seem like you're gliding on the road.
