what if your bearing popped in your wheel and the outer ring of the bearing is stuck in the wheel, will this be able to take it out? cause that wheel is useless now but i kinda need it.

You need to wedge something in between your bearing and your wheel from the opposite inside of your wheel.
You can use a flat head screw driver. I use the axle of my truck because its not sharp.
Try using a vice for stability.
place truck with axle sticking up or screwdriver in vice.
Tighten accordingly.
Place wheel on axle or long item.
Wedge wheel so the axle is partly in between the wheel and outer bearing ring.
Using a hammer, start pounding the wheel.
If you get a clean wedge your bearing should start coming out.
