are these plastic or rubber, and will they fit under other trucks?

Plastic (the Independent Shock Pads are rubber) and they will fit under other trucks with the same hole pattern.

$1.95 each one ? I'm taking Rob Roskopp deck/Ind 169 matte series black trucks/bullet 60mm retro church..wheels , what kind of risers can I use.. also could I use the shock pads under the deck then the risers ? what is the best bolts to that skate ? thanks and sorry for a lot quest...

The NHS Fun Factory recommends you use the Independent Genuine Parts 1/4" Riser Pads for your set up.

As far as shock pads, check out our Independent Genuine Parts Shock Pads.

Lastly, the best bolts for your complete are definitely the Independent Genuine Parts 1.25" Phillips Hardware.
