How long does it last if you skid on it alot?

If you're skidding all the time it will wear out. Checkout the video. I'm the one skating in it and I probably used up about 1/2 of it that day and I was really over skidding it for hours on end. I skidded the whole way down that big hill (its rough!) multiple times with my full weight (195 lbs) on it.

Also, once it gets worn to where you've reached the deck you can just turn it around and you have an entirely new side to slide from scratch.

So its like having 2 Power Sliders. Well worth the $.

Almost nothing. Very light plastic. You won't feel the weight of it on the board.
