The NHS Fun Factory ships directly from our warehouse in sunny Santa Cruz, California to the United States (PR & VI included) and Canada*.
Free shipping on orders over $89 applies to Continental US** Orders Only & Excludes Surfboards. Orders to Hawaii, Puerto Rico, USVI and Guam do not qualify for free shipping.
Orders placed on business days before 3PM PST, will be shipped within 2-3 business days.
NHS shipping hours are 7AM - 4PM, Monday-Friday. Business days exclude weekends and official US Holidays.
Please note that the transit times below do not include order processing time. Please add 2-3 business days to the time below to account for order processing. You will receive a shipment notification when your order ships from our warehouse.
Canadian orders will be shipped via USPS, and have a 7-20 day transit time. Rates are calculated based on weight and do NOT include taxes and duties fees.
Canadian orders do not qualify for Free Shipping and are charged as follows.
Canadian orders cannot be express shipped at this time.
Import Taxes & Duties Fees: There are no U.S. taxes; however, you will be responsible for any additional customs handling fees, duties and/or taxes. Because these fees change often, we do not know these fees. Your local post/customs office can give you this information.
Surfboards do not qualify for Free shipping.

How To Make A Return
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from nhsfunfactory.com, you can return your item(s) for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. (Returned items must be in their original packaging and in new and unused condition. $7 per returned package will be deducted from your return credit/refund.
Please note: We do not accept returns on assembled custom completes.
Once you’re ready to start your return
- Log into your account.
- Select the “view” button next to the order which has the items you would like to return.
- If there are multiple items in the order, select the “Add To Return” box next to the item(s) you want to return.
- Click the orange start return button.
- Print the form.
- Print Your Shipping Label. $7 per returned package will be deducted from your return credit/refund.
- Drop the box with the pre-paid shipping label off at your nearest UPS location.
- We recommend writing down the tracking number from the label in case there is a problem.

Canada, PR, VI Returns
Return your product in original packaging with a copy of your invoice, or sheet with your order # and a list of items being returned. You can use the shipping company of your choice at your own expense. You will not be refunded the cost of return shipping. We recommend writing down the tracking number from the label in case there is a problem.
Note to all customers
It may take 4-5 business days for your return to reach our warehouse in Santa Cruz, CA. Once it is received and inspected, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 to 10 days. Your card will be credited within 3-5 days after your return is processed. Please Note: depending on your credit card company, you may not see the credit on your statement for up to 2 billing cycles.
