If you have an account, log in to your account on the at nhsfunfactory.com, and click View All Orders in the orders box.
You will see a list of all of your orders under the Order History heading. You will see tracking information and order status for all orders on this page. For more detailed order information, or to start a return, click on the view button.
We are not liable for packages lost by the carrier or stolen from your address.
When Will My Order Get To Me?
Please note that the transit times below do not include order processing time. Please add 2-3 business days to the time below to account for order processing. You will receive a shipment notification when your order ships from our warehouse.

I Live in Santa Cruz. Can I Pick Up My Order at Your Warehouse?
Unfortunately, we do not allow any orders to be picked up at our warehouse. All orders will be shipped out.
I Want to Return an Item, What Do I Do?
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from nhsfunfactory.com, you can return your item(s) for a refund within 30 days of purchase. (Returned items must be in their original packaging and in new and unused condition. $7 per returned package will be deducted from your return credit/refund.
Please note: We do not accept returns on assembled custom completes.
Once you’re ready to start your return
- Visit the Order Status page
- Log into your account or enter your billing email and billing zip/postal code
- Select the “view” button next to the order which has the items you would like to return
- Select the “Add To Return” box next to the item(s) you want to return
- Click the orange start return button
- Verify your address and reason for return
- Print the form
- Print your shipping label
- Drop the box with the pre-paid shipping label off at your nearest UPS location. We recommend writing down the tracking number from the label in case there is a problem.

We don't currently accept exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, we recommend placing a new order, and returning the unwanted item within the 30 day window.What if I received the wrong item?

If your product was received damaged due to shipping or manufacturing, please call or email our team for assistance.When will I get my refund?
It may take 4-5 business days for your return to reach our warehouse in Santa Cruz, CA. Once it is received and inspected, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 to 10 days. Your card will be credited within 3-5 days after your return is processed. Please Note: depending on your credit card company, you may not see the credit on your statement for up to 2 billing cycles.Canada, Mexico, PR, VI Returns
Return your product in original packaging with a copy of your invoice, or sheet with your order # and a list of items being returned. You can use the shipping company of your choice at your own expense. You will not be refunded the cost of return shipping. We recommend writing down the tracking number from the label in case there is a problem.
What Is The Warranty for NHS Products?
Independent Trucks are GUARANTEED FOR LIFE against manufacturer defect in materials, workmanship, or if they bend, break, the axles slip, or the truck[s] becomes inoperable under normal wear and tear of skateboarding. This warranty covers trucks that are Stage 8 and above (1998 or newer).

What Forms of Payment Do You Accept?
We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Amex, and PayPal. We do not accept COD or Money Orders.
Is Your Order Being Declined Because Of An Address Verification Mismatch?
Enter the billing information that matches the information on file with your financial institution exactly. This includes the full billing name and address. If you continue to have trouble, please contact your financial institution to verify the information they have on file for you.
Why Are The Charges Showing Up Twice On My Bank Account or Card?
When you place an order, an authorization is obtained from your bank. The authorization places a temporary hold on the funds. Please note, these funds have not been deducted but are being held within your account to ensure the order can be processed. This hold typically lasts from 7-10 days, depending on the policy of your bank. Your credit card will not be charged until your item(s) is shipped.
Prepaid Credit Cards
If you would like to use a Pre-Paid Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, etc), you will need to register your gift card on the Card Issuers website. This info is usually on the back of the card. Whatever address you register your gift card to becomes your billing address for that card. We cannot accept cards that do not have a registered billing address.
