How To Redeem A Gift Certificate
  1. New Customers – Create An Account, Returning Customers – Log Into Your Account - https://www.nhsfunfactory.com/customer-log-in
  2. Once logged into your account, visit nhsfunfactory.com/my-account
  3. In the wallet section of the account page, select Redeem Gift Certificate
  4. Enter Gift Certificate Code
  5. Once you enter the code an account credit in the amount of the gift certificate will be applied to your account
  6. To check the balance of your account credit, visit nhsfunfactory.com/my-account and select Manage Account Balance
  7. The current balance on your account will appear at the bottom of the screen
  8. In order to use your account balance, Select “Apply Credit Balance” in the payment method at checkout
