Shipping Policy

We remain committed to the health and safety of our employees and customers. We have adopted a strict safety policy for our scaled back shipping staff.

Should I Expect A Delay In Shipping?

At this time orders are taking up to 2-3 business days to leave our warehouse in Santa Cruz. Due to exceptional demand and logistical setbacks related to social distancing, order processing and shipping has been delayed. We're working around the clock to fulfill and ship orders as quickly as possible and appreciate your patience during this time. Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email allowing you to track the delivery status.

Where’s My Order?

You can see the status of your order any time by checking our order status page. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link where you can track your order and see estimated delivery times.

Are You Accepting Returns?

As always, we offer free returns. We currently accept returns for up to 60 days, but if you need longer, you can send us an email and we can assist. Our return policy is flexible for anyone who needs additional time.

Free shipping on orders over $75 & $5 Flat Rate Shipping applies to Continental US** Orders Only. Orders to Hawaii, Puerto Rico, USVI, Guam and Mexico do not qualify for free or Flat Rate $5 shipping.

Orders using Superpro, Proform and Employee Discounts do not qualify for FREE or $5 Flat rate Shipping, and will be charged full price for shipping.

Orders containing ASSEMBLED custom completes may take up to 2 business days to assemble.

NHS shipping hours are 7AM - 4PM, Monday-Friday. Business days exclude weekends, official US Holidays & NHS Holidays*. Please note that the delivery estimate times below include order processing time. You will receive a shipment notification when your order ships from our warehouse.

Risk Of Lost or Stolen Packages

Your order will be shipped to the shipping address you specified at checkout. Please select a secure location for delivery. Once the package leaves the NHS warehouse with our shipping carrier, you accept the responsibility for lost or stolen packages. If your package is delivered, and you determine it has been damaged, lost or stolen, it is your responsibility to file a claim with the applicable carrier for any damaged and/or lost shipments.

Return Policy

60 Day Free Returns on All Orders* + No Restocking Fees!

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from, you can return your item(s) for a full refund within 60 days of purchase. (Returned items must be in their original packaging and in new and unused condition.

Please note: We do not accept returns on assembled custom completes.

Once you’re ready to start your return

  1. Visit the Order Status page
  2. Log into your account or enter your billing email and billing zip/postal code
  3. Select the “view” button next to the order which has the items you would like to return
  4. Select the “Add To Return” box next to the item(s) you want to return
  5. Click the orange start return button
  6. Verify your address and reason for return
  7. Print the form
  8. Print your shipping label
  9. Drop the box with the free pre-paid shipping label off at your nearest UPS location. We recommend writing down the tracking number from the label in case there is a problem.

We don't currently accept exchanges. If you wish to order a different item, we recommend returning the unwanted item within the 60 day window, and placing a new order.

What if I received the wrong item?

If you received the wrong product, please call or email our team for assistance.

What if my item arrived damaged?

If your product was received damaged due to shipping or manufacturing, please call or email our team for assistance.

When will I get my refund?

It may take 4-5 business days for your return to reach our warehouse in Santa Cruz, CA. Once it is received and inspected, your refund will be processed and applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Your card will be credited within 3-5 business days after your return is processed. Please Note: depending on your credit card company, you may not see the credit on your statement for up to 2 billing cycles.

* Returns from Mexico, Puerto Rico & USVI aren't free. Return your product in original packaging with a copy of your invoice, or sheet with your order # and a list of items being returned. You can use the shipping company of your choice at your own expense. You will not be refunded the cost of return shipping. We recommend writing down the tracking number from the label in case there is a problem..
