The NHS Fun Factory ships directly from our warehouse in sunny Santa Cruz, California to the United States (PR & VI included), Mexico and Canada*.
Free shipping on orders over $75 & $5 Flat Rate Shipping applies to Continental US** Orders Only & Excludes Surfboards. Orders to Hawaii, Puerto Rico, USVI, Guam, Canada and Mexico do not qualify for free or Flat Rate $5 shipping.
Orders using Superpro, Proform and Employee Discounts do not qualify for FREE or $5 Flat rate Shipping, and will be charged full price for shipping.
Free Shipping and $5 Flat Rate Shipping orders will be sent regular ground and will take up to 7 business days in transit.
Orders placed on business days before 3PM PST, will be shipped within 2-3 business days.
Orders containing custom completes with assembly requested may take up to 2 additional business days.
NHS shipping hours are 7AM - 4PM, Monday-Friday. Business days exclude weekends and official US Holidays. Please note that the transit times below do not include order processing time. Please add 2-3 business days to the time below to account for order processing. You will receive a shipment notification when your order ships from our warehouse.
Canada/Mexico orders will be shipped via USPS, and have a 7-20 day transit time. Rates are calculated based on weight and do NOT include taxes and duties fees.
Canada/Mexico orders do not qualify for Free Shipping and are charged as follows.
Canada/Mexico orders cannot be express shipped at this time.
Import Taxes & Duties Fees: There are no U.S. taxes; however, you will be responsible for any additional customs handling fees, duties and/or taxes. Because these fees change often, we do not know these fees. Your local post/customs office can give you this information.
APO, FPO, DPO Military Addresses
We are honored to support members of our nation’s military and offer FREE US Priority Mail service to all APO, FPO or DPO military addresses.
Due to military handling times and heightened security we cannot estimate shipping times to APO/FPO addresses and limited tracking information is available.
When shipping to an APO, FPO, or DPO address, please use the following format when completing your address:

Risk Of Lost or Stolen Packages
Your order will be shipped to the shipping address you specified at checkout. Please select a secure location for delivery. Once the package leaves the NHS warehouse with our shipping carrier, you accept the responsibility for lost or stolen packages. If your package is delivered, and you determine it has been damaged, lost or stolen, it is your responsibility to file a claim with the applicable carrier for any damaged and/or lost shipments.
*NHS Fun Factory ONLY ships to the United States (PR & VI included), Mexico and Canada. We are not liable for packages lost by the carrier or stolen from your address. Please send to a secure location.
**Continental US Shipping Excludes Hawaii, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, Mexico and Canada.
How To Make A Return
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from nhsfunfactory.com, you can return your item(s) for a refund within 60 days of purchase. (Returned items must be in their original packaging and in new and unused condition. $7 per returned package will be deducted from your return credit/refund.
Please note: We do not accept returns on assembled custom completes.
Once you’re ready to start your return
- Visit the Order Status page
- Log into your account or enter your billing email and billing zip/postal code
- Select the “view” button next to the order which has the items you would like to return
- Select the “Add To Return” box next to the item(s) you want to return
- Click the orange start return button
- Verify your address and reason for return
- Print the form
- Print your shipping label
- Drop the box with the pre-paid shipping label off at your nearest UPS location. We recommend writing down the tracking number from the label in case there is a problem.

We don't currently accept exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, we recommend placing a new order, and returning the unwanted item within the 30 day window.What if I received the wrong item?

If your product was received damaged due to shipping or manufacturing, please call or email our team for assistance.When will I get my refund?
It may take 4-5 business days for your return to reach our warehouse in Santa Cruz, CA. Once it is received and inspected, your refund will be processed and applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Your card will be credited within 3-5 business days after your return is processed. Please Note: depending on your credit card company, you may not see the credit on your statement for up to 2 billing cycles.Canada, Mexico, PR, VI Returns
Return your product in original packaging with a copy of your invoice, or sheet with your order # and a list of items being returned. You can use the shipping company of your choice at your own expense. You will not be refunded the cost of return shipping. We recommend writing down the tracking number from the label in case there is a problem.
